The main course is vegetable-filled dashi shabu-shabu made with Kagoshima Prefecture's Roppaku Kurobuta pork.To allow you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients, try this dish simply with Japanese-style dashi, spring onions, and yuzu pepper.It also comes with eight hearty skewers of fried foods, including lotus root stuffed with minced meat and asparagus wrapped in meat! Please enjoy this very satisfying course.
