This course features a dashi shabu dish with plenty of vegetables, using Kagoshima-produced Rokuhaku Kurobuta pork.To allow you to fully appreciate the flavors of the ingredients, please enjoy it simply with Japanese-style broth, green onions, and yuzu pepper.This course includes eight hearty skewers of deep-fried food, such as lotus root stuffed with minced meat and asparagus wrapped in meat!
